What happens when you rent a plane through us?
When you enter into an agreement with us, we ensure that all details regarding your flight or freight request are coordinated correctly and efficiently. We work every day to ensure that you, as a customer, receive the agreed-upon service without unnecessary extra work for you. Our work is not completed until the flight is carried out as agreed, and the aircraft is safely parked at its final destination.
Get the flight service you desire
For each flight, we always send you a flightbrief. In this overview, you will find all the necessary information about the flight, including onboard service, flight routes, and contact information. If it is a cargo flight, we will also include details about the handling of the cargo in the overview.
During the flight, our operations center ensures continuous monitoring of the flight and sends updates on the flight status to relevant parties who are supposed to receive these updates.
We are a safe and responsible air broker
It is the responsibility of the airline to ensure that all certificates, insurances, and paperwork are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The national civil aviation authorities oversee this.
